I understand that Service Spring requires signatures on UPS shipments to protect me from stolen and/or inaccurate deliveries. I however would like to waive this feature and have my UPS orders shipped and delivered without a required signature. I assume all risk for the accurate delivery and assume all risk once products are in the possession of UPS. I understand that items could be inaccurately delivered or stolen before I have an opportunity to retrieve them from UPS delivery location.  I will not hold Service Spring Corp. responsible for failure of delivery and I waive my right for any recourse if there is a dispute over the delivery of my product.
