Manual & CNC Machining
Most production needs are completed using both Manual & CNC machining methods to turn raw materials into finished parts or products. We utilize both methods to get the desired spec or quantity required. Our CNC Lathes and Mills are programed primarily with Mastercam software. In addition, our CNC Lathes have live tooling and Y axis capacity. For competitive pricing and high precision, we understand many parts require CNC machining and we can service those needs. Manufacturing and Design
Your products will be manufactured according to your specifications directly from prints or CAD files. With a full team of experienced machinists and engineers, we can also help you develop your product. Through design and testing, we’ll manufacture exactly what you need.
In-House Fabrication
In order to better serve our customers, we discovered there was a need for in–house fabrication. We also partner with local fabricators to get large–scale jobs completed quickly and cost–effectively.
Engineering
Replacement parts that are no longer made can be reverse engineered easily. Our team will study the parts, build drawings and manufacture the part for you. At the end of the job, we will also provide you with a copy of the drawings.

Although SSC Machine Shop has a wide variety of machines, we partner with trusted, proven vendors to ensure you receive your completed project from just one source. This way you don’t have to move from shop to shop.
