Qualifying Delivery Direct orders deliver in 1-2 days from your local service center within a delivery radius (where the crow flies) up to 150 miles, due to DOT restrictions, when you place your order by 1:00 PM. City regions are representative, and the actual delivery zone is subject to mileage from your local service center. To qualify, orders must meet 1 of the following: 3 garage doors, $3,000 minimum order, 10,000 lbs. max. weight or 1,000 lbs. of springs. Call our service center to get started today at 602-607-0666.

Absolutely! Depending on the order size and availability, our team will need time to prepare your order, but you are welcome to wait in our lobby with refreshments. Are there any order minimums?
Yes, for in-stock products there is a $25.00 minimum to make a purchase but there are no quantity requirements. If you are ordering custom SSC DuraMaster® springs there is an order minimum of 25 springs for in stock colors and 100 for customer RAL colors. Learn more. Most orders will be staged within 2 hours. Larger orders may need more time to process, so please call our Phoenix service center ahead at 602-607-0666 if you would like to pick up same-day. At the time of placing your order, please inform our sales team if you have special requests for palletizing your order.

How can I start a return?

Do you manufacture duplex springs?
Yes, SSC manufactures duplex springs. Our Phoenix service center has 6” outer spring with 3-3/4″ inner spring duplex springs available as a custom-cut option. We offer same-day turn-around-time depending on the size of the order when it is placed before 1:00 PM (MST).
Do you manufacture truck and trailer door springs?
Yes, SSC manufactures springs for truck and trailer doors. We can make Whiting® and Todco® torsion assemblies. We also offer trailer door replacement parts.
