HOW IT WORKS
1. Annual Spend → Sets Your Discounting Tier
Your total annual spend (January 1- December 31) determines your partnership level for the following year. Pro-rated or estimated annual spend may be used during the first year of the program at the discretion of your account manager. Hitting the minimum annual spend will lock you into pro-level pricing for the following year.

How is my annual spend calculated?
Annual spend is calculated based on purchases made between January 1 and December 31 across qualifying product categories. As a member of our Pro-Level Partnership trial, you have entered the partnership at the tier you are trending toward through the remainder of 2026.
What is the minimum annual spend required to reach Pro-level pricing?
The minimum spend threshold is determined by your partnership tier.
If I reach the minimum spend mid-year, do I receive Pro-level pricing immediately?
No. Reaching the minimum spend qualifies you for Pro-level pricing in the following calendar year.
How is annual spend handled for new dealers joining during the year?
New dealers may qualify using a pro-rated annual spend and is subject to approval by their account manager. Please review the chart below.
Which product categories count toward the program?
Qualifying categories include Springs, Rollers, Hinges, Castings, Long Steel, Operators and Parts (excluding LiftMaster), and Springs.
Do all purchases count toward my annual spend?
Yes, all purchases count toward your annual spend, but purchasing from qualifying categories and eligible products count toward minimum partnership spend participation. Please contact your account manager for additional details.
How are pricing discounts applied?
Discounts are automatically applied to qualifying product categories based on your partnership level whether you place an order online or with our Sales team!
Will my discounts remain the same each year?
Discounts are reviewed annually and may change based on your spend level and partnership requirements.
Can I lose Pro-level pricing once I've earned it?
Yes. Maintaining required annual purchases is necessary to retain your pricing level for future years.
How will I know what pricing tier I'm in?
Your account manager can provide your current tier status and progress toward the next level, as well as your account page on the SSC website.
How can I track my progress toward my annual spend goal?
Your account manager can provide spend reports and updates throughout the year!
