Q. Can more than one person at my company have a stamp card?
A. Absolutely! There’s no limit to the number of stamp cards your company can have. However, to qualify for the $250 discount on your next order, the cards must either be fully stamped or combined to reach a total of 10 stamps.
Q. If we have several techs with individual cards, can we consolidate them for the discount?
A. Yes, as long as you reach a total of 10 stamps, it doesn’t matter how you accumulate them.
Q. After redeeming my cards for the $250 discount, can I receive free product if my next order is under $250?
A. No, after you redeem a card with 10 stamps, you must place an order exceeding $250 to receive the discount.
Q. What happens if I lose my stamp card?
A. Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost cards. You can request a new card to start collecting stamps again.
Q. Can I receive multiple stamps for multiple orders placed in the same day?
A. No, there is a limit of one stamp per day for each card and business.
Q. If I forgot to get my card stamped after picking up an order, can I still get it stamped?
A. No, the card must be present at the time of pickup or delivery to receive a stamp. We do not provide retroactive stamps.
Q. Can I get credit for past purchases made earlier this year?
A. No, stamps can only be earned starting from when you begin using your card.
Q. Can the $250 discount be issued as cash or check instead of toward my next purchase?
A. Unfortunately, no. The $250 discount is only applicable to your next order at our service center.
Q. Can I apply the $250 discount to an online order, or does it need to be at the service center?
A. The $250 discount is only valid for orders placed at our service center. Our team there will assist you with applying the offer code.
