What information do we collect?

Our webpage and mobile applications use Google Analytics to collect performance and usage data that we use to improve our digital products and services. For example, in the Solutions Connect mobile app, we track the amount of time spent on a specific screen, which parts of the screen are touched, and if the app experiences any sort of exception. This information does not contain personally identifiable information and cannot be traced back to a specific individual. How do we use your information?

Service Spring may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest or promotion, respond to a survey or marketing communication, browse the website, or use certain other site features, in the following ways:

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by either contacting customer service or modifying your preferences.

Please note that due to email production schedules, you may still receive a few emails already in production. We may also maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
